Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data RightMeasure (“we”, “us”), an independent marketing measurement practice based in the United Kingdom, collects through rightmeasurelabs.com, and what we do with it. We act as the data controller. You can contact us at gaggan@rightmeasurelabs.com.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, company, email address and the message you write. We use this only to reply to your enquiry. The form is processed by Formspree, which passes it to us.
  • Booking a call: if you use our Calendly link, Calendly collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy.
  • Data you submit to the RightMeasure platform: marketing spend, sales and related datasets, and the results of analyses run on them. Our AI analyst uses Google Gemini to interpret this data, so the relevant content is sent to Google for processing. We use it only to provide the service to you.
  • Analytics (only if you accept): Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymisation) and Microsoft Clarity record pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and, for Clarity, anonymised session recordings. These set cookies or similar identifiers.

Our legal basis

For enquiries we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to you, or steps you ask us to take before entering a contract. For analytics cookies we rely on your consent, which you can give or refuse in the banner on your first visit.

Changing your mind about cookies

Your choice is stored in your browser. To change it, clear this site’s data in your browser settings and the banner will appear again. You can also block cookies in your browser.

Who we share data with

Our service providers: Formspree (contact form), Calendly (booking), Google (Gemini AI analysis and Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity) and Vercel (hosting). Some of these process data outside the UK; they rely on recognised transfer safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting engagement, then deleted within a reasonable period. Analytics data is kept under the retention settings of Google and Microsoft.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
